Cyber Crime Taskforce (CCT) is the Cyber Vigilance and Scam-Tracking wing of the Rapid Action Force (RAF), operating across India.

CCT functions at a National Level with a committed network of Volunteers, Cyber Professionals, Legal Consultants, and Responsible Citizens who actively gather information about online Scams from Social Media and Digital Platforms.

Together, we work to:

• Identify and expose suspected scammers operating within India

• Create public awareness about cybercrime and digital fraud

• Support law enforcement agencies through public reporting and verified intelligence

At the Rapid Action Force (RAF), we operate with a Global Vision and an International Network of Vigilance and Cyber Crime Response Professionals, but our primary operational focus for the period 2025 to 2027 is centered on India. This strategic decision is driven by several compelling factors:

Why India?

1. World’s Largest Internet User Base:
   India currently has the highest number of internet users globally, making it one of the most vulnerable regions for cyber crimes, digital scams, misinformation, and online frauds.

2. Highest Population, Widest Reach:
   With over 1.4 billion citizens, India not only represents the largest demographic but also includes a vast section of the global digital economy. Online threats in India can have ripple effects across continents.

3. Global Indian Diaspora:
   Indians are present in every corner of the globe, working across sectors from technology to governance. Any effort to create cyber awareness and preventive vigilance in India has a direct impact on the safety of Indian-origin communities worldwide.

Our Legal and Operational Structure

To ensure Global Legitimacy and Smooth Collaboration with Cyber Law Enforcement Authorities, RAF operates under an International Cyber Crime Investigation License granted by the Republic of Estonia – License ID: EE-CCT/**2025/RA**FX**91 – as part of its e-Residency and Cross-Border Investigation Initiative.

In India:

Due to the existence of the official Rapid Action Force (RAF) under the Government of India’s Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), our Non-Governmental Cyber Vigilance Division is independently branded as the:

This nomenclature ensures that the public is not confused between government law enforcement units and our private, investigative, and awareness-based taskforce.

Operational Headquarters

In light of operational sensitivity and intelligence security, the Exact Physical Addresses of Our Command Centres are not Disclosed Publicly. This approach ensures the safety of our Volunteers, Investigative Teams, and ongoing Cyber Surveillance Pperations.

However, for any verified official purpose, particularly involving government agencies, media, legal authorities, or international collaborations, our Intelligence Wing will assess the authenticity and relevance of the request. Upon verification, and with approval from our International Operations Division, we are fully prepared to facilitate in-person meetings at one of our recognized headquarters, which include:
